Summer Wedges

Ever since I could walk in heels, which since I can remember or by the cute photographs that my mother has kept away in her bedside table, my favourite type of heels have been wedges. I don't know what it is but I've always been attracted to them, comfort is definitely a driven attraction to them followed by style, they always look good with any outfit - fact! Basically they are all so amazing. Currently in my wardrobe, I must have around 20 pairs of wedges and it seems like every month there are a new pair which I want to get my hands on. This month, I have bought two pairs already and these are one of them. I had been eyeing them up for a while but was unsure because of how high they were, but since they went into the sale, I knew straight away that I had to get my hands on a pair and I haven't regretted my decision since. What do y'all think of these beauties?

Those Little Details

I'm a true believer that any outfit is made stylish with the right accessories. I think that most of the time I base what I am going to wear on a daily basis around which accessories I want to wear especially shoes! As you guys have probably noticed by now and by the name of my blog, I am unconditionally addicted to shoes, from flats to mega heels, wedges being my favourite kind. I am slowly building my collection of shoes and definitely look at them as being works of art instead of an item of clothing.

Here I have managed to make a very simple and casual outfit look that little bit more stylish with the inclusion of accessories. I recently bought this new orange mini shopper from Zara which I love so I thought that I would base my outfit around the bag, so of course I matched it with the same colour shoes and gold accessories. Orange is in-trend this season and continues to be in-trend in autumn/winter so definitely keep your eyes out for orange statement accessories because I guarantee you will make the most use out of them!

New In: Summer Sandals

Summer is closely approaching which means one thing, we NEED a new wardrobe!! Well at least I know I can not go through summer with last summer's clothes! (Girl issues) So even though here in rain central aka London the weather doesn't actually permit us women to wear summer clothes and accessories, I have begun to build up my new wardrobe anyway! Better to be over prepared than under prepared - fact!

So since I am a recognised shoe addict, I have begun by purchasing some new summer sandals and what better store to visit than Zara (my favourite high street brand). I am in love with their new collection and the shoes are to die for! So I bought two pairs already which caught my eye and have a list of others to buy in the future.

This season the monochrome trend is back and bigger than ever, almost every brand has a monochrome collection. So in order to fit in with the monochrome vibe, i bought the amazing monochrome straw one-strap sandals (first photo), they were a mere £39.99 which I personally think is such a cheap price for a pair of heels! I had fallen in love with them when I walked into Zara a couple of weeks ago and thought "these have my name written all over them!" so I had to buy them, unfortunately my local store no longer had my size so i had to order them online and to be delivered into the store, now Zara offer store delivery which is free of charge! It's amazing! More reasons to shop - sorry, I am such a bad influencer! The second pair I saw the other day, they are such a comfortable pair of sandals and a staple buy since they match with so many other garments! They were also £39.99 - bargain!

Thank you for reading and remember to come back soon!

Shoe Obsessed

In the corner of my room there is a pile of shoes that keeps growing and growing with no place to be stored. My obsession with shoes only gets greater by the years and honestly I would rather give up chocolate than stop buying shoes. Clothing and shoes are my guilty pleasures, but shoes in particular. I expect by the age of 30 to have at least 100 pairs and honestly I am almost there at 22. My mother suggested the other day that I should get rid of some, I looked at her in disgust and said "getting rid of some of my shoes would be like loosing my right arm - painful". How many of you out there feel the same as I do?
In the space of a week, I managed to buy myself 3 AMAZING pairs of shoes! Some of you are probably thinking what the hell, I know! But I honestly couldn't resist the Zara sale, get yourselves there now! I promise you won't leave disappointed!
